Methane (CH4) has attracted attention as not only one of the hydrogen carriers in terms energy density, but also synthetic natural gas. In nature, decomposition organic compounds is performed with bacterial ecosystems that can produce CH4. Clostridium cellulovorans a decomposer was cultivated pig manure (PM) an unused biomass this study.
